All contest entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. Correspondence will only be entered into with the selected entrants. If for any reason the online entry forms are not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (which may affect the odds of winning).
All Contests are subject to all applicable Municipal, Provincial and Federal laws.
